The search of name will be considered under the following factors:

Whether the proposed name closely resembles to any name of companies resgistered with SSM. -

Whether the name is undesirable or is catergories under the names that the Minister has directed the Registrar not to accept for registration. -

Every company shall have at least one directors who each has his principal or only place of residence within Malaysia.
Company Secretaries
A company is required to appoint a company secretary who is the qualified person under the prescribed bodies.
Registered Office and Statutory Records
A company must have a registered office in Malaysia and this is the address which SSM official correspondences are sent and this registered address can be different from your business address.
The statutory registers must be kept and maintained by the company at its registered office.
